Integrative Fitness & Wellness represents the culmination of over 60 years of combined experience of master teachers Antonette Redl, 500hr E-RYT, and Jonathan Urla, MFA, CPT, MES
Our approach toward wellness is a holistic integration of mind and body for complete health and longevity.
We teach our clients and students how to really listen to the body using awareness practices that have been scientifically proven to enhance motor skills, heighten intelligence, and improve overall performance. Meditation principles, sensory, and somatic exercises are woven into a clear progressive learning system that guides the mind and body of the practitioner not just during exercise, but in all daily life.
Our methods measurably improve posture, breathing patterns, alignment, and efficiency of movement, and are therapeutic for people with chronic injuries, musculoskeletal problems, neurological disorders, balance issues, stress, or advanced age.
