Designed for the experienced Pilates enthusiast, Level 3 takes you through the full Advanced Matwork routine created by Joseph Pilates. Follow Jonathan and two other certified Pilates instructors as they gracefully demonstrate in a beautiful setting and seen from various angles. Used by athletes and dancers, this workout trains the whole body for superior core strength, flexibility, and balance.
