About
The Center for Integrative Fitness and Wellness (CIFW) is committed to being an authentic and inclusive source for training, learning, and sharing knowledge about the mind and body, and various integrative practices. Founded by yogi Antonette Redl, 500hr E-RYT, and functional specialist, Pilates master, and Yogilates® creator Jonathan Urla, MFA, CPT, MES - the mission of CIFW is to bring greater awareness, knowledge, skill, balance, and empathy to how we move, breathe, and think. Through the integration of ancient wisdom, practices, and disciplines (including yoga, Pilates, dance, Alexander, etc) with scientific and medical research and methodology, we hope to guide clients and teachers to a deeper understanding of holistic fitness and wellness. The Center will offer workshops, trainings, classes, mentoring, and retreats both in-person and online, and create and develop an online video library of continuing education courses. Ultimately, we hope to broaden our team and lead more people to optimize health, relieve stress, and renew their spirit!
