PRIVATE PILATES

Whether you are new to Pilates or want to expand your practice, our instructors are comprehensively certified and have years of teaching experience in all the classical apparatus. We specialize in taking the art and science of true classical Pilates and making it accessible to everyone, including people with injuries and pre-existing conditions like spinal misalignments, osteoporosis, asthma, joint replacements, etc. 

INTEGRATIVE FITNESS TRAINING (IFT)

​The paradigm for modern strength and functional training, we will assess your current level and custom design a complete program to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively. Starting with how to properly warm-up your myofascial system and release unnecessary tension, integrative fitness training focuses on awareness of pure form and alignment. Developed over decades of practical experience, IFT utilizes evidence based training methodology that includes sensory cues and visualizations. More than just exercise, you learn how to work with your body to not only improve strength, stability, aerobic capacity, balance, mobility, and movement skills, and how to translate this to everyday living to perform to your best for longterm health and wellness. 

YOGA

Find inner peace with the ancient practice of yoga. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you deserve to learn and study with master teacher Antonette Redl. With an extensive background and certifications, she will custom design each session to enhance your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. In addition to improving your alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength, you will learn the practice of meditation and in-depth knowledge of the science of the mind. 

WELLSTRETCH®

A personal flexibility and performance enhancement system that utilizes the most effective and therapeutic manual assisted stretching techniques integrated with breathwork and recovery positioning. Receive gentle hands on relief for chronic tension and tight muscles. In studio sessions are done on a specialized stretching table with stability straps.

REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing where practitioners use their hands to gently channel a universal life force energy, called "ki," to promote relaxation and support the body's natural healing abilities.
